PRP Treatment

One of the most natural and most effective methods that may be applied today, in which great progress have been made in the development of rejuvenation, vitalization and healing techniques, is Platelet Rich Plasma (Platelet Enriched Plasma) treatment, which is called PRP shortly. PRP is not a hair transplantation technique, it is the supportive treatment method which strengthens obtained consequence of hair transplantation and enables to have healthy hair structure .

The aim of the PRP, of which technique is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is to provide tissue renewal and to accelerate renewal. The accelerator factor is the thrombocyte obtained from one’s own blood.

Thrombocytes are the cells in our blood that ensure blood clotting. The PRP technique allows us to benefit from these cells, that perform the tasks of healing wounds and creating clots and platelets that separated from the blood of the person are applied to the area to be treated with micro-nailed needles. Thus, while healing is accelerated in the area where the hair transplantation processing is performed, the strengthening process is also supported.
