● After you contact with Dr. Serdar Çağlayan team about hair transplantation or plastic surgery operations, foto will be asked from you related to the your requested operation.

● Your sended fotos are analyzed in order to determine operation plan and put finding about the result by Dr. Serdar Çağlayan. Then these informations are conveyed to you in written and verbal. Pricing and operation details which are determined with your sended fotos will be send to you as “ Disclosure Form” in the same day.

● If you have any query about the information and form which have been sent to you you can call our telephone line serving active 7/24 and have answer to your questions.

● If you decide to start treatment after this stage, “ Patient Registration Form” will be sent to you. You must fill this form and send us.

● Pricing and operation details which are determined with your sended fotos will be send to you as “ Disclosure Form” in the same day.

● After we have your form the requirements of the organisation will be applied according to your informations and all details about the process will be sent to you.

● The team of Dr. Serdar Çağlayan can make your flight plan in this period. In order to make your flight plan it is adequate to mention from which Airport you depart to the Airport, when you come.

● If you want you can include your family to your trip and make holiday together like our many patients. The team of Dr. Serdar Çağlayan can arrange all organisations for you. You can enjoy the holiday with city and shopping tour which are organised according to your and your family demand.

● Only thing you must do is to inform us your booking confirmation after you have purchased your flight tickets.
